SF-TunaSuperFrozen Tuna

Our tuna upon catch are quickly taken down to SuperFrozen temperatures of -76°F (-60°C) and kept at those ultra-low levels during the entire transportation and processing until needed for display or preparation. Unlike gas treated CO tuna, which is processed from not so fresh  tuna masked by a watermelon color, our SuperFrozen tuna products are ALL-NATURAL and contain absolutely no chemicals or preservatives. Similar to the preservation of blood used at hospitals, we stop time using temperature as the only preservative. The result is the most delicious SASHIMI-QUALITY tuna, the highest of quality for raw consumption, that is “Fresher than Fresh”
